International & Overseas Clients
Can I give Power of Attorney from the UK or elsewhere?
Yes. We help you prepare a Special or General Power of Attorney. You can sign it at the nearest Pakistan High Commission or Embassy. After attestation, you can send it to Pakistan by courier. We then complete the local attestation process through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and represent your interests without requiring your physical presence.
How long does remote property recovery typically take?
The timeline depends on the complexity of the dispute and the court involved. However, we actively pursue stay orders and legal remedies at the earliest stage. Therefore, many straightforward property recovery matters can be resolved within 3 to 6 months.
Can I attend my hearings remotely?
Yes, in many civil and family cases you may not need to appear personally. If you appoint legal counsel through a Power of Attorney, we can represent you before the court. Furthermore, courts may allow statements through video link or local commission where appropriate.
